Returns & Exchanges

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will not be processed.


Please allow up to 14 days from the time you mail your package for the return to be processed. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us by clicking here or email us at hi@alwaysmeclothing.com. Please state your order #, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return so we can better serve you. Once your return request has been received, we will email you with a Return Authorization # (RA) and a pre-paid return label to affix to your package. No additional postage is required and a return shipping cost of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 14 days from the date your return is received for processing.


No refunds will be given on the following items:

  • Non-Returnable Items
  • All items purchased on sale
  • All “Final Sale” items
  • Hair accessories

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the item you want before returning your original order. This ensures that the item your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for your returned item and notify you by email.
